Software Updates Never End

I hate Samsung Phones. The updates software are never ending. I downloaded a software update and two days later, another update shows up. Never again

Happy with forced change

After almost 4 years, my Note 20 started giving warnings that it was ready to break up (suspiciously after an upgrade). I greatly enjoy my S25. It continues with the features of my Note 20 (minus the pen) and goes further. My favorite is the camera feature. As a teacher, I'm able to capture information from PDs, PLCs and various other meetings without having to write notes. I'm also able to easily get to my docs. Then I love the ease of sending messages to my fellow teachers with not just your regular text but also pics, voice messages and videos. However the organization in my messages is not as user friendly as in the past. The battery life is great but the charge feature is a little wonky. Sometimes it will initially recognize my charger and then a few minutes later not. This is concerning since I use a Samsung charger. I loved the ease in transitioning my apps and preferences to the new phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smart, Smooth, and Reliable with Galaxy AI

The screen is bright, smooth, and great for everything from streaming movies to browsing the web. Battery life easily lasts a full day, and charging is quick when I need a boost. What really stands out are the Galaxy AI features. Photo editing tools make pictures look amazing with little effort, and AI helps with translation and productivity in ways that feel natural and useful in daily life. The photo features are superb helping create beautiful memories with my kids. I also live and breathe music and the sound quality it great with features that allow me to balance the audio to my taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my phone; it has very good cameras and I haven't had any problem with battery life. I've dropped it more than a few times because I'm clumsy, and with the case on it I have done no damage and the screen has been unimpacted. Android OS isn't too bad, though I find it very pushy to get AI everything. In fact, I've gone in and turned off all of the Galaxy AI settings, because I don't want them. In that respect, I appreciate that those settings were relatively easy to find.

Underwhelming upgrade from Galaxy S21

I have been using my Galaxy S21 for over 3 years. I purchased a new S25 and I use the camera extensively at work and home for documenting repairs and capturing small details of items. I was surprised to find the S21 outperforms the S25 camera. I think a lot of background processing occurs on the S25 that hurts the quality of images in some areas. I tried to turn off any settings related to image post processing and enhancing but i still get the same results. This makes me believe that this model relies on a lot of software post processing for advertised image quality. Also the UI and entire user experience has lateral improvements which is good if you don't like change. The AI integration is cute. I returned this phone for a refund.
