Can operate as a 10 AM or 20 amp charger. Just got this item installed and tested. Works as advertised.

Trailer connection

I have yet to install this unit but in looking into how to charge the house battery on my small trailer from my vehicles alternator/battery, you folks could make it a lot easier. If you sold a separate harness that would included the two 8 gauge battery cables and a smaller gauge wire for the ignition that would run from the engine compartment to a waterproof Anderson plug that would mount at the rear bumper. That plus a shorter run of the same three wires that would plug into the tow vehicle and then connect to the charger. A set up like this would make connecting to a trailer much easier.
