Saved my nose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blueair’s 2-in-1 Purify and Humidify is a Game-Changer! Blueair’s 2-in-1 Purify and Humidify has completely transformed the air in our home! I used to struggle with constant dryness that left my nose cracked, bleeding, and even led to an infection. Since adding this amazing device, my nose feels so much better, and the cracking is gone. My son and husband, who both hate using lotion, have also noticed the improvement in the air quality and humidity.
It’s incredibly quiet and super easy to use, which makes it even better. The app is awesome—I love how it sends me alerts when the water level is low, so I never have to guess when it needs refilling. This purifier/humidifier truly does it all, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their home’s air quality and comfort.

Great humidifier questionable purifier

Overall, the product is pretty, and the app is easy to use. The humidifier seems to work well. My only concern is, they're never seems to be any pollution in the air. The app has always read zero since the day we got it two months ago. Not sure if the air purifier is working.

Terrible. Doesn't work at all.

It really doesn't work. I set the target humidity in my 350 soft. studio to 55%, filled the water tank, left all day and came back to see it sitting at 38%. Looking at the chart it never rose above that all day and the fan seems to be running at full speed. I also lit a match next to it and blew it out, letting smoke fill the area right around the humidifier. Nothing even picked up by the purifier. This is something that would always throw my other BlueAir purifier into the red and set it to high speed. This product is so incomprehensibly disappointing and useless from a company that I've really respected for its products up until now. Why was this ever released?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
