I had low hopes but wanted to try this combo machine, and I really love it. The night mode is truly dark (no annoying LEDs to cover with stickers), and humidity has been great. I haven't had to clean the tank yet, so we'll see about that aspect.

This one unit provides humidity for all my plants and keeps the air clean from dander and allergens. Its multiple filters keep my allergies down, and the humidifier helps my dry winter skin. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2 in 1 purifier and humidifier changed my air for sure. I used to wake up stuffy because my apartment collects dust and it completely eliminated my dusters! It’s super quiet and the app allows you to turn it on and off and adjust the settings to whatever you need , you can also order your filter replacements through the app. Over all I would recommend it. It is quite big, that’s the only reason I’d give it a 9/10.

Water reservoir too small

I bought the smaller room humidifier for our bedroom and absolutely love it. So I then bought the larger DH3i for our living room. It works fine but the water container is no larger than the smaller one so I end up filling it multiple times a day.

We appreciate your feedback on our 2-in-1 Purify + Humidify. The runtime of the device depends on environmental factors such as the dryness of the air and the target humidity setting. We recommend setting the target humidity level within the app and ensuring the unit is positioned in a room size up to 360 sq ft for optimal performance. As the device works to increase the humidity, it will consume more water initially. Once the target humidity is reached, it will use less water to maintain the setting.

We purchased this 2-in-1 unit for my Mother's townhome. Placement was an issue because the instructions said we had to plug the unit directly into a wall outlet. Without the use of an extension cord or power strip, we had limited options. The unit seemed to work as advertised but the readouts were confusing. The app was easy to use and we set it to Automatic with both air purification and humidification turned on and set the humidity to 40%. That reading fluctuated constantly from over 45% to under 30% in any given hour. It also seemed to fluctuate every time a person walked past the unit. The air quality indicator showed "excellent" from the time it was turned on and only dipped below once or twice in over two weeks. Basically, we couldn't tell if it was "working" or not. And since the humidity percentages were swinging so wildly, it was hard to tell if that was "working" properly either. Ultimately, my Mother decided to go back to her old humidifier and look for a stand alone air purifier. We'll plug this unit in at our home and see what results we get. Update to follow.

It works. It automatically monitors and purifies the air as needed and the same goes for the humidification function. I truly believe that anyone in the review section claiming otherwise, either is not using the app or is completely clueless about how this functions.
