Smells bad after using 1 month

After using it about a month it now has very bad smell coming out from the machine( like smelly feet) and water is never clean even cleaning the reservoir each time. It is impossible to clean it properly due to the structure of the water reservoir.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear about the smell you've encountered with your 2-in-1! With proper maintenance, we wouldn't expect the 2-in-1 to develop any adverse smells over time. To ensure the best performance, we recommend cleaning the water tank with a mild detergent and ensure it is dry before reassembling. For the wick filter, we recommend soaking the wick filter in a citric acid solution (20g per 1L of water) for 1 hour, then rinsing well. Finally, rinse the water pump pre-filter with water. Sleek design quality product

We really love our sleek new humidifier/air purifier. Its design is beautiful, it’s easy to assemble the couple parts & filters and fits comfortably in our small home. I do find it difficult to put it into standby mode to pour in the water as it has turned back on on me multiple times, therefore I unplug it.

Max water level not visible from window.

The max water level line on the tank is only on the back side of tank. I added a new line with a Sharpie to see it from the front window.
Couldn't find a way to adjust humidity target.
Instruction book is not very clear on set up or much of anything.
In general, this is more complicated than it should be.

Very nice but with just one flaw...

Great humidifier/purifier...just one problem...water tank needs more capacity. I like the dual function, relatively simple controls and ease of swapping out the air filters and humidifier wick. The fan is also
very quiet. The one big problem is the water tank capacity; 3 liters isn't cutting it. If the furnace runs a lot during the winter, so does the humidifier and the water tank runs out quite quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend setting the target humidity level within the app and ensuring the unit is positioned in a room size up to 360 sq ft for optimal performance. As the device works to increase the humidity, it will consume more water initially. Once the target humidity is reached, it will use less water to maintain the setting.

Fatal Flaw - No Target Humidification Level?

I really wanted to like this, but it has a couple of apparent flaws that make it not great for me.
Unless I’m missing it, it seems like there’s no way to set a target humidification level and have the humidification function turn on/off to maintain the target %. This seems crazy, because it clearly has a humidistat to be able to tell you the current humidity level, so I’m not sure why this functionality is missing. Even some of the cheapest humidifiers offer this feature. Totally perplexing.
Additionally, the touch sensitive controls are very unrealizable and sometimes take multiple presses to register. It actually drives you to use the app, instead, which may be intentional Just give me some normal buttons!
Otherwise it seems like a well-built product, so if the above issues aren’t a problem for you, you may be happy with it. I’ve had several Blue Air products previously and have always been impressed, but this one just misses the mark for me.

Very effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to assemble, and it’s easy to maintenance. It also has a filter (multiple ones actually) so I
know the water is clean, and it’s really quiet. I can’t even hear it on
the low and medium settings. It really does run 48 hours as advertised too, and I can feel a difference in the air quality even when it’s only running on low. So far very effective loving it.

Breathing better ✨

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been very good for my allergies, it keeps my apartment nice and fresh with a great air quality the whole time. Also I like the big beautiful design of the unit. The only thing I would say is that it’s too loud when on all the way and I find the buttons hard to press.
