[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited when this showed up. It was packaged very nicely so nothing got damaged during shipping. My first problem happened right away while assembling. I attached all of the supports to the bottom tray. On the supports there are some notches on one side but no where in the instructions are these notches mentioned so I just had to guess and I put it together so the notches were on the top with the idea that maybe they were to help support the drawer body. Well I was wrong and appearently they should have been on the bottom so I had to disassemble the whole thing and start over. That was very irritating. I got the whole thing assembled in a little over an hour. Some better instructions would be great. I was excited about the lock. I could not get this thing to lock. The top may be slightly bowed or something because the only way I could get the lock to grab was with quite a bit of pressure by pushing in the top of the box. I am pretty sure that it is not suppose to have to be locked like that. The wheels are a very hard plastic which is pretty standard in these I think. With it being so hard it is loud and clunky when moving it around in the garage or on the driveway. I am planning on using this as a detailing cart in my garage. It will work great because I don't need to use the lock for those things, they also aren't very heavy. I would not think that this would work very well for a bunch of heavy tools, it doesn't seem like it would move or hold up very well for that use. I would recommend this as a light duty utility cart only.

Cons: Difficult to lock, I don't like the wheels, Some unclear instructions

Instructions lack clarity. Indequate hardware

Hardware provided is inadequate for the intended task. No clarity on how to install the legs regarding the tab orientation. Locks are of poor design and don't work as they should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Heavy Duty Roller

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice heavy duty roller cart. Comes dissembled and well packed in a large box. No issues with the packaging. Assembly mainly consists of connecting the legs to the upper and lower portions of the cart and attaching the wheels. Sounds simple, but since it's heavy duty the weight makes moving it around for assembly a bit difficult. Doable for 1 person, but with 2 people would go quicker. Once assembled the cart is a monster. Well-built, heavy duty. Just started loading it up with things, and think it could hold quite a bit of weight. Little pricey for a roller cart, but you're paying for the durability. This will outlast most things in the garage.
Pros: Durable, Easy To Use

Handy for your shop

He had one complaint and that was that it was missing either the screws or washers. I can't remember which but luckily he had some to spare. He is enjoying using this. The quality is nice and it's a good addition to his shop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This utility cart was so easy to put together. In fact, I had it put together in a matter of fifteen minutes! That is unheard of when it comes to putting together heavy equipment such as this. The utility cart has a nifty lid that opens up that allows you to put anything you could imagine inside, as well as two drawers that can be locked and a very sturdy bottom shelf that gives you a ton of space. I am personally using the utility cart in my garage and putting all of my tools in one easy to locate spot. There is enough space within the utility cart that I can fit every single one of my tools! I would honestly purchase this product time and time again as it has benefitted me a ton as I now know where all of my tools are and have even more room in my garage than I could have ever imagined.
Pros: Easy to Install, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Durable

Space saving cart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is nice if you don't need the countless drawers in a large tool box. It also created a nice work space on wheels. I found it especially helpful for crafting. Very well made. It's heavy which made it difficult to assemble alone but it's really great now that it's together.
