I bought the wide hooks to use along with my Rack Gear Track Pack which I installed on my 90" x 90" Heavy Duty Mega Rack. I put all of my shovels, rakes, and other gardening equipment on two of these on either end of the shelf. The hooks can hold a lot of weight and were easy to snap into the Rack Gear Track. I highly recommend these to anyone that needs to hold a lot of lawn tools.

I love this hook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Milwaukee cordless shop vacuum and I have it on my gear wall with a large gear wall hook and it never fit right but it worked. When I received this hook I tried it and the way it is wide at the opening like a V it works fantastic and more secure.

Great for tools with handle protectors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gladiator Wide Hook was a great addition to my collection and solved a problem with storing multiple handled tools on the same hook. The issue had been the handle protectors never quite fit right due to the limited space between the bars. The Wide Hook solves this problem with the wide V shaped opening that expands as it extends from the wall. I now securely and easily store both my pickax and 12 pound sledge hammer in the same hook because of the 5.5” depth of the bars. With the 50 pound capacity of the hook, I would have be able to easily store any size sledge hammer. I have always purchased Gladiator products because of the attention to quality and the Wide Hook is no exception. The accessory has the same power coating and rubberized coating I have come to expect and appreciate. This coating lengthens the wear time for the product at the same time offers some protection for the tools themselves. Another great product from Gladiator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m sure this would be the perfect hook for hoses or extension cords. In my case, I used it for a lacrosse helmet. As with all the gladiator hooks very easy to install and move around on my gear wall.
