Horrible purchase of an expensive paperweight

Worst purchase ever. Barely 6 months old and because of a lousy design of the door it will not work. Close the door start the timer and the only thing that happens is the light goes on. Please get this crap out of my kitchen, what a joke! This product should be recalled, I'm sure we're not the only one with this problem.
