Great addition to our new condo

Bought this for a vacation home. I did a self install which was fairly straightforward. I did need phone assistance and they called back about 3 hours later. The contact person Micha, was most helpful. My wife loves the fact that the door unlocks with facial recogntion which is most helpful with a handful of groceries. I will install it again in our primary home.

Love this lock! But could use a few improvements.

Easy to install and setup. Every feature works almost flawlessly. Facial recognition works everytime and is very quick. The only exception is that if you try to open the door while the unlocking is still in progress and hasn't fully retracted the deadbolt, it seems to cause an error and the lock just stops - so, you can't open the door because it's still midway locked, but the system also seems to be in error mode and won't do anything. This is just a matter of learning to be patient and wait until the lock has done it's thing and fully retracted the deadbolt before you try to open the door. Also, the "new" Lockly app isn't as responsive as the previous version. Whenever the new app is launched, it always errors and never connects to the lock on the first try - you always have to "refresh" to get a lock status. On the old app, it connects to the lock system everytime the app launches. Overall a very good product with great tech, although slightly high on price.

Just purchased my new Lockly lock and installed it. Needed a little help with the app. They had a representative standing by that helped me through the process quickly and easily. Could not recommend them more!

Have this for a few month and installed myself. It was very simple. Love the facial recognition plus it also has code and fingerprint and emergency key and emergency battery import port. What more could you need

I was super nervous about this one, but it worked well. We have had it for a few months and have yet changed the batteries, so in my opinion the battery life is good! It is keyless, and I used the facial recognition. It looks pretty cool too. And you have the key just in case!

I've been using this Visage Zeno lock for about 3 weeks, and it has worked as advertised. Easy installation and operation and works well with Apple Homekit and automations.
I would recommend this to a friend!
