Great lock and great service

The phone support during installation and most recently, following a software update, is expert. I appreciate Xion's exceptional guidance. Love this lock, which enables me to not have to bring a key along when leaving the house. It's also so easy to give access to the rest of my family.

Amazing lock!

I view myself as somewhat of a lock expert as I have tried over five different brands of “fingerprint” locks. The Lockly Visage by far outperforms every one of these locks. First, the fingerprint sensor actually works! Most other locks the sensor is sporadic, but with Lockly’s AI feature plus its deep scanning feature, this has always worked. But that’s not all, there is also facial recognition and that’s where this lock is a complete differentiator. Just walk up to the lock, wait a second for the scan and the lock opens! The technology is awesome. The lock also has all the other standard features such as auto lock, unlock with a code or key etc. Finally, Lockly customer service is amazing. I haven’t dealt with a company as hands on, responsive and caring as this company. In fact, on a few occasions after my call ended, they even called me back on my own to give me additional information! I like this lock and Lockly’s customer service so much that I now have two of them and am thinking of getting a third!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Superb bit of kit

I purchased this lock for my mother’s front door. Unfortunately she has Alzheimer’s and is starting to struggle using a traditional key lock so I figured the facial recognition function might prove to be a useful backup.
It is clear Lockly have put of lot of effort developing every aspect of this device which is refreshing in this day and age.
The lock itself appears well designed and build quality is exceptional.
The installation and set-up was fairly straightforward thanks to the clear and thorough guides and excellent app.
Operation has really impressed me. My mum doesn’t actually bother to use a traditional key anymore - although I appreciate having a physical key as a back-up. The facial recognition feature is incredibly fast and reliable and she also uses the finger print ID to open her front door. She’s adapted rapidly to this new entry method simply because it’s so dependable.
I did have a slight hiccup reconnecting the lock remotely after I changed the wifi network a few weeks after installation and I was really impressed with Lockly technical support. They had the patience to run through a wide range of trouble shooting techniques and diagnostics and eventually solved the issue.
Overall the lock had far surpassed my expectations.

Facial recognition lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is a dream come true. Door unlocks using facial recognition before I even reach for the door handle. Self locks after the door is closed. AMAZING! Looks great, easy installation with the included instructions. Setup was a breeze, much like setting up your phone for facial recognition, fingerprints, or a pin code.
