Great product so far. It was straightforward to install and both the facial recognition and biometrics have been working well. Seems like the batteries have a VERY long run rate. I've had it installed over a month and I'm nowhere near needing to recharge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this to replace our previous electronic deadbolt. Installation was a little challenging because the door holes had to be modified. All seems to work very well so far.

Best lock and company to deal with

These are the only locks I will buy for my house. I have used these locks at my house for 12 years and I only upgrade them because they generally never fail. I had one that the sun ruined the touchscreen so they sent me a new lock immediately. No questions asked. Their warranty is above and beyond the call of duty.

Works perfectly

Wanted to try something new after buying the Secure Plus for a previous house. Incredible facial recognition, just works. Everything else also works well, including fingerprint/pin/app. Not the prettiest internal lock but more than makes up for this by being very good at what it's supposed to do.

Had some minor issues on setup, but overall amazing lock and features; wish they would add access for other app users to open door with the app (only admin can do that); but I LOVE this product

My old schlage encode plus lock would hold connection after less than a year and decided to try out this smart lock due to the face recognition. Face recognition has made my life so much simpler while carrying items into the house. Highly recommend this!
