This is so awesome. It took 40 min to set up. I called and Jenny walked me through it. I like how safe and secure it is. It makes it so easy to walk up to the door and it opens

Great Lock

I had an August lock that this replaced. The August lock was horrible and I just put up with if for several years. This Lockly lock is fantastic, it was a breeze to install and connect. The facial recognition and finger print reader work flawless. I was worried about it being unprotected and in the direct sun for much of the day and after about 3 months all is good. This lock is very expensive but worth every penny.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this log to replace an older, smart deadbolt. Mainly for the features, surprised when I received it, and it had even more features than what I thought it did.

Great features and convenience but …

I like the first one enough to buy a second one for my second home. What I dislike about this facial recognition lock model is the unsightly magnetic sensor with a long wire attached to the bottom of the lock. There is no way to hide the wire or shorten it. White sensor and wire stand out on a brown door. I had issue with my second lock because I didn’t connect a coaxial connector properly and the magnetic sensor didn’t work. A tech called me at an appointed time and was able to help me troubleshoot and solve the problem.

Easy to Install - good battery life

Upgraded from a z-wave Kwikset unit we'd had for years that finally got too unreliable. The battery install and lifetime in this is great - a month in and still 85% battery. The camera works very well - I would say only once in 100 openings it didn't recognise me. It won't recognise my 4 year old, no matter what we try, maybe because she is too short. The app is good; however, the firmware upgrade process fails mid-upgrade every time I try it, with no indication of what went wrong.
All in all, this is definitely a viable product and this is for sure the future of what I want to manage access for all the folks that come and go from our properties.
