I am so glad I got these. No more worries about kids losing keys. I can allow company to have temporary codes for access. Can changes codes at will.

Solid smart lock, face recognition works great

Installed this in April and it's been reliable. Face recognition unlocks quickly even in low light. Setup was straightforward, the app walks you through it well. Build quality feels premium and the deadbolt action is smooth. Good upgrade from a standard lock.

I bought this product a month ago and it’s a great quality product. The only issue is that sometimes it misses the face-detection and I have to manually unlock the door. I hope this gets solved with a software update soon!

Face recognition and fingerprint doesn't work

Face recognition and fingerprint only work 1/3 of the time, it's really annoying when the face recognition doesn't work, then you have to touch the fingerprint multiple times to open the door. It's the same way with all 3 users in the house. The battery life is great, that's the only reason for 2 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
