Very convenient & easy to access

I bought this more than a year ago. But a problem with software update. I tried to contact the company via email and not respond as all.

Love the facial recognition feature

I have been using this smart lock for couple of months. Installation and set up was easy. The facial recognition to unlock the door is reliable and a game changer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
