Best invention ever!!!!

I purchased this lock because my son was always losing his house key and I was tired of getting them remade. With this lock I was able to store his face and fingerprint. So there is no reason for him to call me stating that he is locked out of the house because he lost his key lol!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought two of these locks; they are so convenient, even our young kids know how to unlock the doors! It's so nice to be able to unlock the house without your hands, too. You'll have your hands full with groceries, and before you even get to the door, it will be unlocked just seeing your face. The facial recognition feature is the best. The fingerprint can be tricky to recognize at times. Also, trying to unlock the door too early can prevent it from unlocking properly. In this case, you just pull it shut, hit the genie button to "lock" it again, and then give it another go. I love not having to carry a house key anymore.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has Problems

Facial Recognition works well. But WiFi is pretty much nonexistent. I have a couple of these locks at different locations in Different states with different internet providers and different make routers. I cannot connect remotely 99% of the time. I have mesh systems at both places (Eero 7 & Asus6). The locks are less than 20 feet away from the router and still won't connect. All the other tech on here works well. But WiFi, the oldest tech, is very much lacking. It may have a firmware update. But since I can't connect remotely, it's useless. These units cost way too much for not being able to do this. Changing the tumbler is a nightmare, also. I'm looking at other Non-Lockly products. I have to remotely connect to let people enter to service my households. Kind of pathetic when you think about it.

Love the facial recognition

Love the facial recognition, we have two of the locks and both of worked flawlessly.
If I had any complaint, I’d like the lock to work from a longer distance, sometimes seems like we have to bend over and stare at it. Occasionally facial recognition won’t work and we have to resort to the fingerprint, but eventually we get in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Almost perfect

Having all the various ways to unlock is amazing. The facial recognition seems to be hit or miss depending on exactly where you stand. There seems to be a narrow window the facisl recognition work while other times it works perfectly. The finger touch sensor works about like the other locks I have that use a touch sensor. This can also be hit or miss. Positioning of the finger and any slight changes of the the fingers can make a difference. The keypad works flawlessly. Overall this lock is amazing. I would of given a 5 star reading if the facial recognition was more accurate. The app still needs some work. If you have a lot of users, thecapp does not dort alphabetically which makes searching a name a little more difficult.

Face ID is great

The visage model has been really convenient for us. I have purchased 2 of these, one for our home and the other for our rental property. It's fast and reliable in the right lighting conditions. At night the home installed visage has a few challenges but the fingerprint sensor is reliable as a backup. The battery life is really good and the second battery on standby is very convenient. I have purchased 3 different models from Lockley over the years and this has been my favorite model. Maybe on a future model of the visage a lLED light to illuminate the face could be implemented for better accuracy of a face scan at night. Don't let this deter you is still reliable.

I bought this lock a few months ago and I have to say this lock is the Best Lock I have ever had, seriously. The batteries included is rechargeable and included with the lock. That door is used multiple times daily and the battery is at 70% after 4 months, with the spare ready and charged. Just imagine coming home with your hands full and all you have to do is, stop at the door and look at the lock and it unlocks. I haven't found a negative to date, so buy if and you'll love it.
