I bought this about a month ago and it's worked great. I was hesitant to try finger print or facial recognition but I did my research and they don't ever leave the device so I gave it a shot and they both work amazing. Love that it works with apple homekit too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing unit

The setup is so easy!!!!! I programmed it for everyone in my family. And one thing I love about it is that whomever uses their face or finger, it tells me who unlocked and locked it.

Excellent Smart Lock!

I have had the Visage Xeno installed for a little over a month and absolutely love it. It works as designed, unlocking upon approach, making this a truly hands free design. Another great feature is the two batteries that can be exchanged when one is getting low. This is a big upgrade from my previous Lockly that used 8 AA batteries.
All in all, a great product and highly recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Convenient

I bought this product in February and it has been amazing. Very convenient! Since having this, I’ve never had to use my key. I just walk up to the door and it unlocks. There has been times where it hasn’t worked due to the collection of pollen on the camera, but then the finger print scanner comes in clutch. It’s also amazing that you can open the door via the app and assign passwords that expire on specific days. Amazing product. I will be purchasing one for my garage door as well.

Greatest lock ever

I love this lock and the many ways I can use it, but the facial recognition is great when I come home and have to open my screen door and have my hands full. However.

Works mostly OK

The only issue is the door sensor option. I would like to have an option to choose "auto lock the door after xx seconds when the door is closed". Right now it only allows you to auto-lock xx seconds after the door is open, with (check the door sensor before locking)".
The problem is because the sensor is too sensitive. It try to lock right away when the door is closing, but not completely close, which the lock will jam.

We could not go back to a normal lock

After getting the Lockly lock the freedom to leave the house without keys has been great, in terms of performance it has been rock solid 99% of the time and it can struggle a little if you are wearing sunglasses and a hat with the sun behind you but besides the very specific situation its great. The face unlock could be a little faster but its still WAY faster than getting out a key and messing around.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love all the ways to unlock it!

I've had this lock for about a year, and it's been truly amazing. My favorite feature is its impressive variety of unlocking options, including scrambling the numbers on the display to hide your code or simply scanning your face or fingerprint.
