Everything you could want from a lock

We bought the Lockly Visage a couple of months ago because we kept getting annoyed at having to use a key in our old lock. Now, we have the option of face recognition, fingerprint, code, phone wallet, phone app, and of course, an actual key. The only drawback is that Apple lock only lets one user have the key in their wallet (a limitation on Apple’s side, not Lockly). However, because the facial recognition works so well, I don’t find myself ever using this feature anyway.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not crazy about it

Good luck shoving the wires back in without it affecting the dead bolt , 90 minutes in and there’s no way the wires aren’t going to rest on the deadbolt somewhere

Best we ever had

We have had this door lock for about a month, it is so good. Works as it should which is a blessing. The one we had before would only open if it felt like it.. I love the fact that when I close the door it will automatically lock.. facial recognition works amazingly as does the finger print. We are planning on getting two more for our back door and my craft room door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So much potential ruined by horrible WiFi

The lock has so many compelling features held back by use of a 2.4Ghz WiFi chip that struggles to remain connected to my network no matter how close I move my router or extender to it. The 2.4Ghz chip lacks SSID steering so get ready to create a dedicated 2.4Ghz network just for this lock....and even then, it doesn't stay connected consistently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Lock - bad in the sun

I really like this lock - I did have to increase the bore diameter of my lock to get this to work ,but then it was very easy to set up. Unfortunately, the sun shines directly on the lock, so it never works in the afternoon, and the keypad never shows up, so for that reason, I only rate it 4*.
I would recommend this to a friend!
