Excellent lock! Face recognition works flawless. Changed cylinder to a multi lock and do not have to be a locksmith to do so. Notifications work flawless. Works on HomeKit. Cant think of any other features that need to be added. Highly recommend!

Great features

I bought this a month ago and I love it. I like the multiple options that I have to unlock the lock (face/finger print/ passcode/ key) though I mostly use the facial recognition feature as it’s so convenient, especially cos my hands are usually full when I’m trying to enter the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm very pleased with the Lockly, I have three of them they all work wonderfully fast and accurate and look great. Battery life seems great too and they give you spares which is awesome.

I’ve been using the LOCKLY app with my smart lock, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The app is easy to navigate once set up, and I really like the ability to lock and unlock the door remotely, manage access codes, and check activity history. Guest access is especially convenient and gives me peace of mind when sharing entry with family or visitors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works great and pretty easy to install

I bought this about a month ago. I used the Lockly video to guide me through installation and it was not hard - total time about 40 minutes. The face recognition works well. When I approach it takes about 15 seconds to open. The lock does a good job of notifying me when anything happens (door opens, door shuts, door locks, etc). Highly recommended.

JunkCan’t use in sunlight- fingerprint is limited

One star is one too many. I bought this product for my STVR units for my entire property. My big mistake ! DONT!! LOCKLY doesn’t stand behind there product for failures. Since day one, I purchased units they have been a problem for me and my guests either the product failure and needing a super strong WiFi or it will fail and you can’t program or update. They are a major problem with updating them. If you don’t live close by I would not use them. they will leave you stranded and unable to use and guests will be stranded unable to open. My Guest complaints have been numerous because of these locks.Causing Bad reviews. From dead batteries- unable to read the screens in sunlight, screens that don’t light up, locks unable to update unless your 1 foot from lock, making them useless until updated. I purchased the sun guard, purchased and pay for wi fi mesh extenders, and still a problem. The product screen degrades in sunlight and the screen you can’t read, to the body of the unit has corrosion and looks terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
