Easy to install love the features

Was easy to install awesome walkthrough video that made it easy to understand features on this look are so cool and easy to access and program also easy to share access with family and friends for entry it is a little pricey but so worth it
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great lock! Face recognition is awesome!

I've only had the lock for a day but I set up fade recognition and fingerprint scanner for both my wife and myself. Both are working perfectly as of now. I love that the lock can be opened with keys, a code, fingerprint scanner, or face recognition. The code, fingerprint scanner and face recognition all work almost instantly. I even tried face recognition with sunglasses on and it still worked! Very impressed with this smart lock so far. It's pricey but I don't mind the cost because it works great! This lock is replacing a August wifi lock which worked okay but the Lockly Visage Zeno is a much better product. Lockly just feels like a higher quality product and much more reliable as of now. There is a door sensor that stops the door from locking if ithe door is open that works like it should. If you want a smart lock this is the one!! Get it!!

Good product but..

Good product, however application did work as easy couldn't update lock unless I used their home application which I did not like. Lock it self works good so far.

Very Convenient product

Got the lock. Easy set up. Didn't know if I would use the auto lock feature, but now I love it. Facial recognition is extremely useful! Upgraded from a kevo smart lock, and this lock is far superior. Others that have been using it, are very impressed with it as well, to the point they are getting their own. Had an issue on helping a family member setting theirs up on Christmas day. Lockly support was closed for the holiday, but promptly called, and emailed me, to take care of the issue the day after. Amazing product, amazing support. Blown away by how much of an upgrade(and support) this lock is. Fully recommended the one with facial recognition.

Great for privacy conscious facial recgonition

I bought this product about a month ago and I was surprise at the privacy features of this product.
Facial recognition from what I understand does not seem to be running from the cloud but locally on the device which is a huge plus because it does not rely on the internet. The infrared cameras prevents paper/phone photos to spoof the system which is another huge plus.
I love that they included 2 rechargeable batteries which till now still has about 92% battery.
The template was provided was easy to use saves on a lot of measuring time however I do wish for a method to more easily mark the hole on the door frame after installing the deadbolt.
The app functions seems to be alright from what I have used and setting up seems to be quick.
Unfortunately this product does not have Matter integration for us smart home users, I hope that in the future Lockly can integrate Matter into this product via an update.
Overall I would recommend this product for those who want to use facial recognition and are privacy conscious.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and satisfaction with your amazing front door lock. My cousin recommended Lockly when I was searching for a new lock, and I must say, I had no idea how incredible your products are!
The versatility of being able to unlock the door using my fingerprint, facial recognition, a code, or simply through the app has truly transformed my home security experience. Awesome lock!

After much careful research, I finally decided on the Visage Zeno, and I installed it almost 7months ago. Wow! This thing is AWESOME! No longer have to carry a key. Facial recognition is amazing. After 4 months, purchased another for the back door, and we LOVE it!! Not cheap, but you're getting the best product there is. After 6 1/2 months, battery of often-used front door is still 67%. (The provided spare is standing by...) Back door after 1 1/2 months is 86%. Wonderful having facial/fingerprint/door code/spare key options so that you'll NEVER get locked out. Highly reliable...and autolock after closing door (we have it set at 5s) is wonderful! Thank you!
