Works as advertised - expensive, but huge upgrade

Upgraded a failed Schlage zwave keypad. Fingerprint works well, face recognition makes it super convenient. Having separate notifications for who is entering / leaving much more useful that I thought it would be. Feels like it was made by apple - well designed, well implemented, easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product, great support

When I was installing this I encountered a problem that was not mentioned in the instructions. Emailed support on a Sunday and was not expecting an answer until the middle of the week. A response was received an hour later, and following a couple more emails the problem was solved and installation complete.
Installation was easy.
Setup was a breeze.
Works a treat.
A great product with great support, what more could you ask for.
