Hello Joe M, Gladiator does have a return policy, it is under FAQ's on the website. Here is the return policy of what it states:
For returns and refunds, call (866) 342-4089 Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (eastern time) to secure a Return Authorization number. Products may be returned within 90 days from the date of shipment. Products must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Defective merchandise will be handled according to the warranty terms. If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please repackage the product and all accessories that accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials. Returned products with missing accessories will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee is charged to your credit card or deducted from the refund amount on returned products. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges are not refunded. If you have any other questions, please give Gladiator a call.
