Heavy Duty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While most people would put this in a garage, it's so attractive that I am using it in my living room to store my valuables!
The appearance of the "tread" textured silver steel doors against the hammered granite cabinet really stands out, making this Gladiator Modular Gear Box by Whirlpool a really nice addition to the other black metal furniture I have in the room.
I did have to have a friend help me put it together. It's very heavy and not a one person endeavor. With his help, we managed to assemble it in less than an hour.
The 4 adjustable leveling feet came in handy, as the building I rent in has settled and none of the floor tiles are evenly set any longer.
The locking mechanism works smoothly and I have had no issues locking or unlocking the doors. The magnetic latch feature is a real plus. Once the doors are closed, they stay closed.
I appreciate that one of the shelves is adjustable, so I change the amount of space between them as needed.
I will be investing in the "sold separately" caster kit in the near future, so that I can move this beautiful piece of furniture around when I feel the need to change up the room. Also saving up for the "sold separately" 28" Gladiator Bamboo Top as well.
I have already recommended this Heavy Duty Gladiator Module Gear Box to a few of my friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we had to assemble it .took longer than expected.but it is very heavy duty and keeps everything tidy.great product,you can put lots of stuff in it deep shelves.nice color ,gray and easy to fit in the garage. it takes two people to put it together and move it around the room.you can hide messes in the cabinet and no one knows where it is but you great value

Good and sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this GearBox for about a month now and I really like it. Good sturdy build and adjustable shelves that have already come in handy. I do wish I had bought the caster wheels and probably will add those on soon. I will say, the directions to put it together are not all that clear. They really should rewrite them, but it didn't hinder building it too much once I stopped and reread them. Overall, it's a good buy and I'll be getting more as the budget allows.

My husband and I love it. Very roomy. Strong as far as the quality. This is awesome. Will be buying the set soon I hope. This is very much appreciated to be able to try this out and keep it. I really like these cabinets they are pretty easy to assemble.With the adjustable shelves give me flexibility to meet my storage needs.I think I have found one of the best cabinet models that met my needs in my shop and garage.Looking forward to adding my GearBox cabinets in the future .

The quality is very good and it's such a nice addition to my garage. The amazing feature about it is that it locks and the doors are so attractive I love it and maybe looking to get more. The drawers and all has roller bearings so it open and closes real easy. So glad I got this and really do recommend you getting this cabinet, Wife is using it for her stuff in garage and likes it cause she can open and close with just 1 hand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleased to receive this Modular Gear Box since I am a female and do own several tools but have never had a "real" place to hold and store them. This unit was pretty easy for me to assemble since I'm familiar with the assembly process. It is a heavy unit and I did need help with moving it but that was fine. I'm so happy to have a unit that will last unlike the other options I've used for garage storage. It has plenty of room not only tools but other items that I want to keep safely store in my garage also. The two doors make finding things very easy to find so there's no fumbling around and digging through to locate what you're looking for. I'll never go back to my "cheap" alternative storage solutions!
