Man versteht jedes Wort! Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Noch dazu waren meine LG-Kopfhörer deutlich qualitativer produziert und fühlten sich viel besser an.
These sound great and fit well in my ears with the semi in ear tips. I’m not a big fan of the silicone tips, so I haven’t used those yet. Battery is great and is easy to charge. The app features are cool and the ANC did seem to work fine for me, at least. Will probably only buy JBL buds going forward. Highly recommend.
Really regret this purchase. They are awful. They don’t connect fully when placed in the case and I am constantly having them die on rides. They are spotty to connect but never fail to randomly connect when I don’t want them to (because of improper docking). Bad bad bad ear buds.
I got this set of ear buds as a gift last December and they already do not work. I enjoyed them when they did work correctly.

Well I’ve had them 3.5 months and I only use them when I’m mowing the grass and the left one is sounding distorted and both are stuck on a lower volume than when they were new

Thank you for sharing your experience with our JBL Tune Flex 2 TWS. If the earbuds are quiet, let's do some troubleshooting steps. First, gently wipe the ear tip's mesh screen, as tiny dust or wax buildup is the most common cause of low volume. Next, check your phone’s "Accessibility" settings or the JBL Headphones App to ensure your left/right audio balance slider is perfectly centered. Additionally, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer like JBL Headphones App on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. And if they just need a fresh sync, take both earbuds out of the case, tap twice, and hold on the third tap for 5 seconds to reset them, then simply "forget" and re-pair them in your Bluetooth settings. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
These earbuds are really useless at noise cancellation. In places that are already fairly quiet you can sort of hear a difference, but anywhere noisier (like the gym) and they do absolutely nothing. They also don't fit my ears well, but I tend to need smaller earbuds.

Thank you for your feedback. ANC performance depends on a proper earbud fit. For noise cancellation to work effectively, the earbuds must create a secure seal in your ear canal, as even small gaps can allow outside noise to enter and reduce ANC performance. We recommend trying all included ear tip sizes, as a different size may be needed for each ear. A proper seal can significantly improve both comfort and noise-cancelling effectiveness. Your feedback is important to us, and we will be sure to share it with the appropriate team for consideration in future product and software improvements.
If you would like a pair of ear buds that drop audio every time you turn your head then by all means, buy these. These earbuds would be fantastic for the price however given that they drop audio or get out of sync with each other CONSTANTLY they have now been tossed in the trash because they SUCK. How in the heck you can sell earbuds that cannot keep a connection from 2' away is beyond me. I'm incredibly frustrated with this purchase because JBL, otherwise, has pretty solid products. It's been a while since I wanted to physically destroy something out of pure frustration with it. I will never buy JBL ear buds again.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Bluetooth performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. If you experience dropouts within 10 feet, there may be interference. To resolve the issue with our JBL Tune Flex 2, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the earbuds on your device and initiate a reset. To reset your unit, first make sure that the earbuds are not charging, tap both buds' sensor twice and hold it on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. Lastly, try to connect the earbuds to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them with.
