I think the unit seems to be pretty good . I did have trouble setting my time zone . That may be something simple I missed. No big deal . As with other Defender products not making it web based aswell is a game changer . Setting this up would be so much easier .It's not fully installed as weather prevents a easy install . I will know more then .

An amazing security camera!

I purchased the Guard Pro PTZ 2K camera recently and it is AMAZING!! The camera gives me the comfort and peace of mind I was looking for along with a beautiful design. The camera is sleek and rotates to give me control of what I’m viewing. I don’t have to purchase a 2nd camera to see other areas of my driveway. The vision is so clear and the night vision is impeccable! I can literally see EVERYTHING! The siren and sensor light is perfect to scare off people and animals. The app is very easy to use and I love the 2-way talking feature. Overall, this was a great purchase and I will recommend to all of my friends!

Simple But Effective

I purchased the Defender Guard Pro Pt to monitor the front door and garage area. The camera is easy to use, has a clear image and the motion sensor light works great! It is easy to monitor the video and track what is happening when you’re not home via the Defender app. I chose this camera because I wanted something simple but effective. I would highly recommend.

Great quality image and details

I set the camera up outside my backyard door because I have a walk out basement. Since we have had an increase of attempted break ins in the neighbourhood, I got worried for my kids and wife so I got this camera. I like the ease of the setup and use. Clarity is unquestionably good! I randomly send images of the kids to my wife when she is at work and she even gloats about how great the camera is. I plan on purchasing another one for my shop and garage.

Better than the Ring

I hesitated at first because my whole house is set up with the ring system. Trying another brand that I never used before was scary, but I’m so glad I did!!! The quality image and sound is phenomenal and I can see my kids moving around in the house but most importantly it can capture people coming in and out of the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased a few days days ago and must say I am quite impressed.
I am in love with camera. The visuals are very clean and I love the the clarity in color from the night vision.
One of my favorite features is the siren deterrence, it is very loud and does the job of scaring someone :).
Installation is quite easy. You can't go wrong, this item delivers quality for the cost

Love how is cover a wide ranged area

This camera covers my entire living room dining room and part of my kitchen, Easy and quick prompt set up and my favorite feature the color night vision. Love the the two way talk which I use alot to talk to my kids as im always on the run. It keep track of my cat's movement so I can keep an eye on her and my bird. I Would highly recommend this camera its awsome.

Just what we wanted!

The Defender was the perfect camera to cover the front of our house - it can see the front door, all the way over to cover our driveway, and tracks any movement it sees. Set up was easy which is great because we didn’t want to run any wires through our home. We have been talking about adding a camera to the front of our house for a while now, this was just what we wanted and needed!
