The new PTZ 4K Everwatch 360 is a new game changer in fields of security camera, installing and connecting with my 256 ghz is as the same as my previous defender cameras but this time its with in the Defender Empower Apps. Super clear and bright pictures including videos . Im super amaze with the touch screen control on my phone tilt and scan 360deg. Motion sensor is also a plus and time setting of guard mode tracking. Very applicable when your away at home for any reasons , you can talk , monitor in any angle you wish to and have a peace of mind that your in good hands with out any monthly commitments. Planning again to purchase another unit. Very recommended to friends and all business owner. 5⭐️ rate..👍

This camera needs 360 deg. motion detection. If the camera is not looking at you it, doesn't detect that you are there. A person can sneak up on the camera from behind.

I have installed 3 out of the four cameras already and I'm very satisfied with their performance. Setup was fairly straightforward, following the instructions included in the packaging. I'm most impressed with the clarity of the pictures and videos and the ability to zoom in for a closer look. You can set a home position for each camera, so it will detect motion coming from a specific direction. You can also manually pan the camera to scan your property in real time wherever you might be. The infrared feature works well when it's dark with reasonable picture quality. We've tested the listen and talk feature, and it has worked well. The alarm siren isn't very loud, at least outdoors, but that feature isn't critical for our use. I like that I can save copies of the pics and videos on my phone. My wife also downloaded the app and has access to viewing as well. One camera has lost it's orientation a couple of times, but this can be corrected by restarting the device from within the camera settings menu. If it continues to happen, I will contact Defender. If I had known these cameras had all of this functionality, I would have bought them sooner.

Have used the camera for about two weeks. Nice pictures. Only suggestion is to make the pig tail waterproof cable a little longer. It is only about 18 inches long. If it were 3 feet it would be much better to get thru eaves or openings. Otherwise, I like it.

I have used their other cameras for indoors and hardly no issues. This is the first outdoor camera i am using and so far (2 months) works fine. Except too sensitive to rain and snow, camera thinks its human and doesn't pick up a person who is about 30-35ft away. I think they can improve app , a bit challenging to locate and program a schedule.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
