I'm liking this camera and still learning to navigate the app. The improved clarity is a big plus over the older version. I don't miss the times the old version recorded moths, falling leaves, snow flakes; that was not helpful. I was fine with the occasional raccoon; otherwise I had turned off the notifications until this camera came along. On occasion, the video playback does not indicate what object triggered the camera; if I playback the video several times, I can see a vehicle or dog walker. I do wish it was more responsive to playback a video. Sometimes it takes a minute to retrieve the video which makes me wonder if it is the SD card or my internet. I considered upgrading the SD card but gave up when it appeared difficult to open the rear cover.

Been using this defender camera as a test from defender I am happy with the product despite its minor flaw which is not enough range for the wi-fi camera, add a 5ghz option for wireless n, app is bit laggy when remote viewing other than that. The picture and video quality is excellent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this product a while ago, and it has been very stable. I haven't noticed any false alert nor missed alerts. I feel I can count on it to do its job. I subscribed to the cloud storage, so all of my videos are stored on the cloud for a few days without worrying about somebody knocks it down and take the SD card away.
I would recommend this to a friend!
