Great product! Easy to set up!

Bought this product and 2 more cameras for a total of 4 cameras. Three weeks after installation, the alert woke me up to witness a suspect, car-surfing/phishing all the cars on my street. The video was shown to police and the van being used by the suspect was found to be stolen and recovered a week later. In my mind, the system has already paid for itself by giving us peace of mind! NOBODY enters our cul-de-sac, without me knowing about it!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good range and pic quality (one camera 90 ft. and 4 walls from monitor). Ordered 2nd unit (less than 2 additional cameras). Full manual (paper or CD) should be included since "Quick Start" guide is pretty useless.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works beyond expectations

Extremery pleased with this product so far. Crisp daytime video as far as you can see with your eyes. Nite vision is good. I have an electronics background so was very easy to plug and play. One caution that I have not found in online instructions is the cameras have 9 volt adapters. The display uses a 5 volt adapter. Check the bottom of the power adapters to make sure you use the correct adapter. Online instructions are not the best.
Have not, as of yet, found instructions for the display, but will look again. I was still able to figure out most of it anyway. Will buy the 2 additional cameras shortly.

Works great when it works.

Got it as xmas gift and was going to add second camera .Worked great for a few days. Now every couple days I have to unplug it and plug back in to get camera to record when motion is detected. Talked with support to try to troubleshoot. No luck. Probably just returning it to home Depot rather than wait the 2-3 weeks to have it checked out. To bad it is nice when it works. Not happy about the idea of being without it while defender looks it over.(2-3 weeks seems a little long) so just returning and looking for alternative. Bummed!

I brought the " Defender" Digital Wireless Security System a month ago , I am very please with this system. I really enjoy the crisp clear picture with split screens on the monitor and its portable. The night vision is awesome , I see everything. The quick start guide made installation quick and easy. My system came with two camera's, I plan to buy two more for other areas of my home. My family and I, now feel a little more secure with the "Defender," Digital wireless Security System.
I would recommend this to a friend!
