This is the LEGO group at its finest here with the Unicorn castle. It is simply stunning and unique among my collection to highlight in such a small thing. From first sight its colors stood out from the box at the store as something special and the colors make other standard colors around it really pop at home to enliven any imagination. The build is succinct yet brilliant to have all the main features one expects in a castle, perfect for an entry to a new genre of light fantasy and cities in the clouds. The overall shaping is very well done, one of the things I did not see from the box was the little waterfall at the side which really completes the whole vibe to perfection the way the bricks sparkle. It is almost a shame there there are not more pronounced features of this. The mini Pegasus are charming and I hope there will be a companion build to this with them in all the pastel colors of the rainbow. The unicorn and horses are also sensible and just how I would have wanted them to be in the classic styling. THANK YOU Lego for not making them overly cartoon like and rather to fit in with classic animals. Lets not forget the little bird house! A green frog would fit in here too.... There are many other characters that would make a welcome addition to this theme. I have an owl at the observatory, what if he were green or lilac? And what about a winged lion? Or luck dragon, little bee people, little fairies, rock gnome etc.. let the imagination run wild and let it manifest for this fun whimsical wholesome theme.
This one isn't just for little girls, it doesn't matter if your a dungeon loving castle fan that would never think to get this, it has room in every castle fans dingy dungeon corner, as a balance to any dark power that grows too strong. Unexpectedly this is somehow the set I have always been waiting for. The Potential for expanding and developing this into a larger theme would be just too much fun! This realm of fantasy is refreshing and inspiring, a real game changer! I can't commend the design team enough for this one.
Some Ideas for Followup sets to this could be the Floating Mystic pond/ water falls. Spirit tree in the clouds. Rainbow bridge of Happyness. Pheonix hideaway, Fairy Godmothers cottage....
I would recommend this to a friend!

The assembly was surprisingly smooth, with clear instructions and clever little details that kept it interesting without being frustrating. The colors are absolutely magical, and once it’s built, it makes a gorgeous display piece that doesn’t just sit there—it sparks so much imagination. It’s sturdy enough to withstand curious little hands, but also special enough that adults will lowkey claim it as their own. Definitely more than just a “kids’ toy”—it’s an experience.

Over the rainbow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego set is super cute! The instructions were explained extremely well that we had it together in no time. My niece, who loves unicorns but is still too young for it loves to stare at it while saying it is so beautiful! It has a lot of small pieces, so I don't recommend opening all the bags at once. I think this would make a great gift for anyone and would be great fun!

Cute set for girls!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls absolutely love this Lego set. They love the unicorn and the two Pegasus. The only reason I gave it four stars is because you cannot make all three at the same time. You can only make one at a time. It did come with three separate bags of Legos numbered, and usually that means one bag for each booklet, but you need all three bags for one booklet, so that was a little disappointing. As far as difficulty goes, it is rated for 8+ and my daughter just turned 6 but she absolutely loves Legos and has been putting Legos together for a while, so she absolutely loved it.
