WOW - the owners manual ONLY has directions for installation - NO user manual. In initial setup, set clock for 12 hr format. Changed, on it's own, to 24 hr format. Online for 1/2 hour so far and unable to find directions to change clock settings.
Whirlpool's website only has installation manual.

Looks nice, but lacks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, it's okay. For the price, I would have assumed it was at least 1100W but it is only 1000. It takes longer to cook/heat most items, even if you are using the built in settings. I really needed a microwave quickly and got exited that this one was available. Without really looking into it, it's my fault. I wish I would have waited for one, but it works. Just over priced due to its lack in performance. It looks good though..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will not connect to wi fi. Wish I had never bought this. Going to see dealer next week. They don't even supply an owners mqnual

Good, but could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works well, and although my husband really likes it, I am annoyed by parts of it.
I personally don't like the noise it makes when the food is done. A smoke beep is sufficient and clear amid all of today's electronic sounds, reminders, and alarms.
I also don't like that another, different alert happens a few minutes afterwards unless you press"stop", even though you have already removed the food and closed the door.
And I don't like all the electronic "buttons" on the door, instead of beside it, because it's too easy to bump various buttons accidentally when opening and closing the door, turning on the fan or lights.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased, delivered and installed on 4/26. Microwave works good and I love the sleek style. The only thing I think that should be updated and changed is the control panel. the control panel needs to have a lock out on it for cleaning purposes. It is very touch sensitive so every time I it wipe it off, it turns on the fan, the light or the door opens. I simple button to lock the panel would fix this.

Just what I was looking for small but powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the low profile for my lower than normal height cabinet above my gas range. Plenty of room for normal size pots on the stove, very powerful exhaust fan also. Microwave works great !!!

Need to rethink design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had 2 weeks and can’t figure out how to cook at 50% power. Also, control pad is on door making the door extra wide, have to step back to get out of way when opening or closing. Control panel needs to be on unit to make door less wide.
