Not as good as the old one

Ice maker won’t turn on no matter how many times I press the button. My thermometer probe says the freezer is at 6F, and I can’t find how to set it lower because there is no manual to review, only YouTube videos that don’t cover actual problems. You can’t remove the vegetable drawers without pulling the shelves off the doors, and even then they need to be angled towards the middle (could we really not make the doors open an extra inch?)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for everyday life and style!

Mega Capacity Counter Depth 3-Door French Door Refrigerator has been a game changer for our family. The spacious 26 cubic feet means I can stock up on snacks, drinks, and meals without worrying about running out of space. The three-door design makes it easy for the kids to grab their favorite items without making a mess.
I love that it has adjustable shelves, which is perfect for fitting in those larger items like pizza boxes or party platters. Plus, the cooling technology keeps everything fresh, so I don't have to stress about spoiled food. Overall, this fridge is a lifesaver for our busy household, helping us stay organized and making mealtime a little easier!

Sleek refrigerator, with modern technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sleek, polished, and modern look I ng refrigerator. Installation was easy, and pairing it with my phone through Samsung's "Smart Things" app was a breeze. Now I can controll my fridge settings through the app, and get notifications if there are any issues.
There is plenty of space inside, and many drawers/compartments to keep things organized. However, two things that I noticed right away about this new fridge compared to my old fridge were that my old fridge had more bulbs/light inside, and the new fridge doesnt have humidity control slides on the drawers. Another things that could have been improved is the trough area under the water dispenser is very shallow....there is hardly and space to catch accidental overflow. Other than that, the water dispenser and ice dispenser are an improvement over my old fridge. The water doesn't come out as forcefully on this fridge, and the ice dispenser is definitely quieter.

A Lifesaver for This Busy Mom of Two Hungry Boys!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of two energetic boys who seem to always be raiding the fridge, the Samsung RF27CG5B10SR 26 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Counter Depth 3-Door French Door Refrigerator has been a total game-changer in my kitchen.
First off, the mega capacity is no joke. Even though it's counter-depth, it somehow fits everything I need and more—milk, juice boxes, snacks, leftovers, fresh produce, and still room for their random lunch experiments. I do a lot of bulk shopping to avoid extra trips to the store, and this fridge makes that possible. The wide shelves and deep door bins are amazing. I can fit gallons of milk (we go through so much milk) without having to rearrange everything.
The sleek stainless steel finish looks beautiful in my kitchen and doesn’t show fingerprints easily (thank you Samsung for thinking of moms!). Plus, it's super quiet, which I didn’t think I’d care about until I realized how nice it is not to hear constant humming while I’m trying to enjoy a rare quiet moment.
One of my favorite features? The bright interior lighting. It makes it easy to see everything inside, even when it’s jam-packed. I’m no longer losing leftovers to the dark back corners of the fridge.
Overall, this fridge has made my daily life so much easier and more organized. If you're a parent with a busy household and always-on-the-go kids, this refrigerator is 100% worth it. It’s stylish, smart, and seriously spacious. Highly recommend!

Great water and ice feature on the outside. Plenty of room for lots of food with adjustable shelfs, fingerprint resistant outside. Keeps a cold temperature inside so food stays fresh. I would recommend this to people.

It is so nice to have such wide shelves at such an easily accesable level. We like having the freezer below as we don't acess it as often as the fridge.
The many shelves, drawers, and trays in this fridge make storing a multitude of items a breeze. The storage is highly customizable to meet your needs.

Love the sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 26 cu ft mega capacity counter-depth refrigerator has a sleek design. I handleless design is appealing. The doors can be opened at the top or the bottom. The freezer drawer is easy to open and glides with ease. The fridge has a nice light inside as well as temperature control. The water filter is located between the crisper drawers. The fridge can be connected to Samsung's Smart Things app, where you can also control the settings. The water/ice dispenser is easy to use. The water dispenses without any splashback. The ice dispenser has cubed and crushed ice. The fridge made ice within a few hours of being plugged in. There is also a door alarm that sounds if the door is left open. If the door is left open for a set period, the interior light will flash as the door alarm sounds. One of the shelves can be adjusted to accommodate items on the bottom shelf. There is bottle and gallon storage on the door. The drawer below the crispers has a hinge so you can access items without having to open the full drawer. The freezer is a nice size and has a removable basket. The only con I found was that the dividers in the freezer are fixed. The stainless steel design is easy to clean. Best of all you can use magnets on the doors with no issue.

It is spacious and the shelves can be moved to accommodate your lifestyle and needs. This refrigerator is so easy to clean. My whole family loves the layout of this refrigerator. My food and beverages are the perfect temperature always. Opening and closing is so smooth with all the doors and the door ajar is perfect for when someone thinks they closed the refrigerator Nimitz they didn’t completely close it. The lightening is nice and not harsh on your eyes. This refrigerator is perfect for our growing family and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new refrigerator. We hope to enjoy this new refrigerator for many many years to come.
