The detail of this set was something I really appreciated. Otherwise it would just look like any old Frank Lloyd Wright house! It was an excellent build experience and it really took me back to the movies!

The designers did an absolutely spectacular job capturing the details of this house. The included minifigures are spot on and the sparkle effect for Edward is great. I can see these minifigs being great for collectors. If you are a fan of Twilight or modern architecture, this set is a must.

Overall, it was moderately fun to build, but I felt like the original moc was better as it seemed to have more Easter eggs, better looking trees, and colors more accurate to the original house. The Minifigs were okay, the Edward one doesn’t really look like him, the Charlie and Jacob minifigs were pretty accurate though. The build quality was not very difficult but had some unique aspects. Overall it wasn’t spectacular but wasn’t terrible either that’s why I gave it a solid 3. The set seemed a little pricey for what you get, lots of stickers and not many printed pieces. It was just okay for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for Collectors, Not so Much for your Wallet

Listen, I love Twilight. I got the set cause 1. it was a cool concept and 2. it was submitted by an average person and the community voted for it.
That said, I do not believe that the value of the set is worth it. The set itself was remarkably easy to build. Other non collectors sets were a bit more difficult for less than half the cost.
I do recommend this set for collectors and hardcore fans of Twilight. But for the casual builder/fan, I do not. Honestly, if they expanded the set to include for botanicals & meadows and had more mini-figs, then it might be more close to the price tag. Otherwise, the current price tag and the current set do not align in worth. In my opinion.
