While I was building the set I had trouble keeping it together, and before I started building it each day I would have to first repair it for 15 minutes. Since a few pieces were missing, I had to put those back on later and it broke the set once again. However, it does look pretty impressive if you can get it to sit up.

That's the kind of building experience that leads to the dark side! Please call or chat with us at LEGO.build/Service-BV so we can help troubleshoot and make sure you have all the replacement pieces you need.
Ordered on day of release, looks good as a final product. Build was frustrating with many delicate pieces. Many pieces easily come apart after the final build. Tried to move from one place to another around the home and about 20 pieces came apart in a snap. Don’t recommend unless of course you are star wars fanatic. Overall disappointing at this price point.

If your set seems like it's not very sturdy, the best thing to do is double-check your build. Sometimes there may be a piece just a little off from where it should be. You’ll also want to make sure that all the pieces are pressed tightly together. Feel free to reach out to us at LEGO.build/Service-BV if you need help troubleshooting!
The build was amazing throughout all 22 bags of the ship and the end result is a true work of art, I saw bad reviews saying there are weak parts that break off by moving the set itself but I’m glad I still bought it cause those reviews are false, I found the whole build sturdy and stable, the one complaint I have is that the rear thruster touches the ground when it’s on its back so if you slide it like so it will scratch but that can be avoided
This has to be one of the most fun builds I’ve had since my UCS Y-wing. The only problem was the wing wells and my big fingers. Kind of tough to get some of the small parts in there, but I managed. The model looks great, but I would expect the stickers to be replaced with printed parts in a UCS series set.
This build was disappointing given the tons of tiny pieces which made it feel like there was very little progress being made at any given point. Also, when trying to put pieces together, this set was extremely fragile and would shatter any time some amount of pressure was put on it when trying to put pieces together.
The ship, stand and anesthetics are gorgeous. I'm not too interested in moving parts/functionality as they mostly sit on shelves in the game room.
I've never written a review for a lego set before, as they've all been far more enjoyable than irritating;but this one broke me. There's a giant gap in structural stability while building, I spent more time putting things back to where they're supposed to go due to too much pressure/not enough clearance in the bricks. And the ENTIRE time dealing with the front long portion of the ship (nose?) Is a nightmare. Constantly unattaching itself due to the weight during the build and the need to put pressure in every direction: except anchoring it on the model. I cannot express the frustration simply completing this build. It's gorgeous, just not fun for the majority of the 6-7 hour build time.
