Been a LEGO fan and Star Wars fan since about the same age (4 yrs). This set didn't disappoint in either category. It's clear from the details and smooth operation of the moving parts that the designer spent a lot of time making sure that everything was smooth and easy. I have all the other Sl4v3 1 sets save the one from Betrayal At Cloud City (75222; yes even the Advent Calendar one). I'm excited to display this next to the UCS Boba Fett Sl4v3 1 (75060). If I had one criticism, why didn't LEGO include 2-3 more minfigs for the $$ - an Aurra Sing, Taun We, and/or a SuperBattle Droid - with this set? 75060 had 4.
if you had trouble building this set i recommend not getting more ucs sets this was fairly easy and is one of the best looking sets we have received in a while
I would recommend this to a friend!

The build experience is one of the most complicated I've done with a Star Wars set, which is a good thing. If it weren't for the LEGO Builders app, I would have been lost.
My only complaint is how delicate the ship is. It looks amazing and has obvious, great playable features like an awesome cockpit, rotating wings, functioning boarding ramp, and the seismic charge. However, this is so delicate around the sloped base that it's not playable in the practical sense. Boba's may have been less accurate with the sloping, but it's a brick. I'm still really psyched to have it and to be able to put it next to Boba's.
This has to be one of the most fun builds I’ve had since my UCS Y-wing. The only problem was the wing wells and my big fingers. Kind of tough to get some of the small parts in there, but I managed. The model looks great, but I would expect the stickers to be replaced with printed parts in a UCS series set.
Ordered on day of release, looks good as a final product. Build was frustrating with many delicate pieces. Many pieces easily come apart after the final build. Tried to move from one place to another around the home and about 20 pieces came apart in a snap. Don’t recommend unless of course you are star wars fanatic. Overall disappointing at this price point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your set seems like it's not very sturdy, the best thing to do is double-check your build. Sometimes there may be a piece just a little off from where it should be. You’ll also want to make sure that all the pieces are pressed tightly together. Feel free to reach out to us at LEGO.build/Service-BV if you need help troubleshooting!

This was a build I was waiting for and it did not disappoint. The movement and the style were perfect and on par with what was seen in episode 2, down to the gravity bomb launcher.
Be ready for a slog if you buy this, it is a long build, worth it, but long. The detail is very impressive and a must have for any collector.
My warning, at the end, getting it on the stand takes a lot of patience and steady hands, I have parts break off more than once. Wont touch it again :)
I am so tired of these high end sets with massive sticker sheets to apply. I do not enjoy at all applying the stickers in the sets and this one was excessive. I don't understand why some of these sets have almost all printed pieces and then the other half if not more require these painful sets of stickers to apply. I can understand a few but this set was ridiculous. For me this greatly downgrades the building experience! I wish Lego would listen to it's fans. I have 16 ucs sets and love collecting and building them but this is near the bottom of the collection. For these high end sets, Lego, please don't use stickers.
