This has been my favorite Lego build yet. The steamboat has so many little cool features from the band stand to the little cabin with a full bathroom. The moving parts are so awesome too.

Impressive model. Fun to build, although somewhat repetitive. Sadly, I cannot get the rudder to stay on. The pin that holds it is not secured so easily detaches from the rudder.

This is a really detailed model that looks impressive when finished. I like it as much as the Titanic model, but this one is a bit more fun as it has functions such as a turning paddle wheel, moveable rudder, and is sized for mini figures. The only drawbacks for me were the "glass" doors and automotive steering wheel; I would have preferred a more vintage look using the "wood" doors throughout and a ships wheel in the pilot house. Stickers are another issue for me, but fortunately those were all inside so do not take away from the finished piece when they eventually begin to peel. Those are only small issues; overall, this was a very entertaining set and looks great. Kudos to Aaron Hall and the Lego design team for a creative and fun build!

I admit that I took my time with this build taking about a week to finish. This build was very satisfying, I was surprised at the size and movements of this river boat. Lego knocked this one out of the park!!

I wasn't too excited when I initially saw this NGL, BUT then I noticed it was named "Amelia." My mother's name was Amelia, and we lost her to breast cancer, also Amelia is not a common name, so I took it as a sign and ordered it. I have discovered it is one of my favorite builds of all time! It is not only technical because of all the cogs and wheels but whimsical as well (those lamps in the dining room!) I added some flourishes as well. So glad I ordered it. It will be my next "showpiece" in my living room. 10/10 recommend for advanced builders.
