Happy with my new Washer

What a change from my 32 year old washer, so many cool features. This has a large drum, I actually need a small stool to get clothes from the bottom. But it will be perfect for my comforters and blankets. Still getting used to it, but overall, very happy, as usual with Frigidaire products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaves soap residue

I bought a couple of months ago. Leaves some soap residue on clothes. I’ve tried to use the smallest amount of soap possible and still leaves white marks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dissatisfied

I am dissatisfied leaves soap residue on all my clothes. I have cleaned machine, am using soap from the appliance store we purchased machine from, also bought extended warranty. We are a household of 2 retired adults, and do not have large loads of laundry, do not know what to do next except return this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My clothes are coming out with white marks on all my clothes, I have tried everything my appliance store told me to do and it still is not solved.
