Nice looking washer but not what I expected

This is a nice looking set and seems well built but i have mixed emotions about this washer, the auto sense for filling the washer is not a great feature, it doesn’t fill the washer enough to cover the clothes fully , there is usually not enough water to cover the clothes so that they are fully in water, the clothes float above the water, also the agitation is too mild , it really doesn’t give the laundry a good workover to get the dirt or hair out, and this washer does a poor job of loosening animal hair and it builds up in the barrel, so not a good choice washer for pet owners , if you want a full barrel of water you have to press max fill, this machine should have had a low , medium and max fill option instead of the auto sense, it’s gimmicky, in the end it will have to do now because I have used it , but the performance is questionable, I am not totally pleased with the purchase of this washer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We irks great so far

We replaced a 1997 washer so this washer seems incredibly quieter. There are so many washing options that we still beed to try. Every cycle seems to take longer than the standard 20 minute cycle we were used to but probably uses less energy and water. We’re happy. Looks pretty good for a washer. We were warned to use the washer a lot to make sure all bugs were out before the year warranty is up but I think that can be said for any brand built now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very pleased with this feature. Use less water & very effective. The clothes are cleaner & they are rinsed very well-no residual soap left on the black clothes!
