I am extremely pleased with my new washer. It’s so great to actually have an agitator again, the clothes come out so clean! As an added bonus, it is very quiet, and has all the features I need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the look and features

Bought recently and so far so good. I like that it measures the amount of water that it needs which saves on water and energy. The machine looks great too. It doesn’t move around when it’s spinning the clothes and it is very quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New "inteligent" washer already causes problems

Everything is made to break sooner: I'd rather have the old models that still works. Used it 3 times and it stopped working while washing. No error message, nothing. Had to search the web for troubleshooting.
Had to unplug it and wait 15 minutes (to reset the electric memory back to default), it eventually worked. I shouldn't have to do this or go on YT to try 'magical tricks' to fix something. Have to do this with everything nowadays, not just PC, games or gaming consoles, phones etc.
Also couldn't install the hoses that it came with as one was leaking already (from in between the cheap plastic parts), bought metal ones instead.
Everytime we wash, when it ends, we have to wait to 15 to 20 minutes until the lid unlocks.... the first time we used it, it unlocked right away.
Don't you start a cycle and Pause it, you'll confuse the machine somehow. Don't you dare blink or breathe near it either as who knows what it might do to it fragile 'intelligent' program.

Fabulous Frigidaire

To say we were intimidated by this machine is an understatement. Our unit was ancient and we had no idea how advanced technology has become. But, after reading all the information it is amazing how much easier life now is with this fantastic addition. We loved it so much, we purchased the matching dryer. Bravo Frigidaire for this great unit.
