Warranty

The product works, wish it had a see through door. Warranty is another issue. For the life of me I cannot get them to give me anything saying my unit is registered and under warranty. Never seen anything like it. Call us they said. it's covered. Over and over. I have no proof in my hands, therefore i would not recommend this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Towel feature

I am very pleased with the towel setting( cooler setting)as I have 100% cotton towels. With the cooler setting there is no shrinkage & they come out fluffier.
I would recommend this to a friend!
