Unacceptable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new dryer doesn’t work. Called for warranty work repair work to fix it. Repairman says the drum is bad. So instead of swapping out the unit and be done with it, he ordered parts to repair it. It is unknown when the parts will ever get here.
