One Of NINJAGO’s Best Display Sets Yet!

The Guardian Dragon quickly became one of my favorite display sets I've built. From the first few bags to the final wing assembly, it was an incredibly fun and rewarding build.
The level of detail is outstanding, especially the scenic base with the water and hidden storytelling elements that bring the entire display to life. Every section feels thoughtfully designed.
The dragon itself is the highlight. The cloth wings are absolutely gorgeous and give the model a premium look that photographs well but looks even better in person. Once attached, they completely transform the set into a true centerpiece.
I was also surprised by how sturdy the finished model is. Despite its size and impressive wingspan, it feels solid and secure when moving it around. I've already displayed it in several places around my house because it looks great from every angle.
This set is equally fun to build and satisfying to display long after the build is finished.
Whether you're a NINJAGO fan or simply looking for a unique display model, I highly recommend The Guardian Dragon. A beautiful build, a stunning display piece, and one I'll be proudly showcasing for a long time.
I loved ninjago so much as a child and this was an amazing set to get back into it! The building instructions were a bit confusing because of printing issues but I was able to figure it out!

It was a nice build. One of my favorites, although the dragon isn't posable it still is the best display they have
This is everything a Ninjago dragon should be. Will it sit on a shelf collecting dust? Yes. Will it look awesome don't it? Also yes. If you want a big dragon to play with, look elsewhere, but it is definitely a set to get for collectors.

Well, this is my first Lego review, I am not a big ninjago fan, but this build is captivating! This is my favorite Lego dragon I have ever owned. It looks amazing on the shelve. I do think it would be really great if the dragon could come off the stand but even still it looks majestic. Would recommend.
A lot of simple changes could’ve been made to make this a lot better. 1. The wings need printing on the back because currently the back looks terrible. 2. The wings should have been able to fold up. It would be an easy change to make and allow it to be stored much easier. 3. The arms, they look awkward, you can barely move it without pieces falling off, and the thumbs look weird it should be 3 claws all at the same angle 4. The hips have no movement, the hips and stagnant so you can only really have it in this one position 5. The neck has very little movement and you really only move the head
This looks like a cool set. My kids grew up watching Ninjago so this set was a cool idea for a Christmas present. Except, NOPE! LEGO for the fourth time this year just for me had important missing pieces in bag 1. This time 4 of them. And now we wait 12-15 days for pieces until we can start again. This happened on the UCS Razor Crest, the Dark Falcon, and Soundwave. This is getting ridiculous. Lego prices have shot up to the moon and their service has gone to the basement. Too bad, used to be a fun hobby with my kids but now it’s mostly frustrating. Thanks for helping to ruin Christmas LEGO.
