Some of the instructions were confusing, but the build was mainly easy. Some parts were difficult to put into the correct spot. It took me about 2 hours to build it. Would be nice if the candle could be battery powered to turn on. I received compliments on how pretty it is.

Instructions and the fact that all the pieces were present is a definite plus plus a few extra. You know what they say about extra pieces.... if you have some left over, you did it right!! The only issue I have with this set is the chintzy candle flame... underwhelmed to say the least, it's undersized making it less realistic when so much attention was given to the rest of the kit. I'll be making a modification to this kit to enhance the flame deficiency.

the yellow line piece placement markers are hard to follow.
the model is unstable. as J tried to add the next piece previous ones would fall off. when trying to reattach them something else would fall off.

I absolutely LOVE LEGOs, but this set here is the worst set I have ever built. The instructions are not clear and the pieces WILL NOT stay together. I regret having purchased this set. I like the challenge of building large sets like Saturn V, ISS, space shuttle, and others. But I have never had the difficulties with all those put together like I have with this one.

This is a very pretty concept, but for a Lego build it did run short for me. I found it incredibly hard to keep greenery in place. Like others I found the candle too small and the flame to be ridiculous, I think a bigger candle, a much bigger flame and more secure greenery would have made this an excellent build. I would recommend to a friend with them knowing my thoughts though.
