A Surprisingly Detailed Technic Car

I’ve been a LEGO Technic fan for years, but lately most of the mid-scale cars haven’t grabbed my attention—until this one. The Ferrari FXX K stood out immediately with its sleek, aggressive styling and accurate proportions. Honestly, it’s the first LEGO car in this price range that looked “cool enough” to make me pull the trigger in the past few years.
What impressed me most was the level of detail for this scale. Compared to other Technic cars around this size, the bodywork feels far more complete, with fewer exposed gaps in the panels. The designers really nailed the curves and angles, especially in the front and side profiles.
I don’t own any of the larger UCS-style Technic cars—they’re out of my budget—but this set gave me a taste of that premium feel without the premium price. The build process was engaging without being overly complicated, and it left me with a display piece I’m genuinely proud of. I currently have mine mounted on my wall, and it looks fantastic as a piece of art as much as a model.
If you’ve been on the fence about Technic cars in this size range, this Ferrari is the one to get. It’s detailed, satisfying to build, and looks amazing both on a shelf and as wall décor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to put together with very clear instructions. It came with a lot of stickers to emphasize your build. The trunk opens up to reveal the V 12 engine, and even moves as an actual engine when it’s moving.

The details are incredible and it feels very sleek and durable.Every piece fits perfectly and you end up with a really nice car.The whole experience was so wholesome. If you love Lego and Ferrari then this set is so good. This set has most of the features the big technic sets have but for a way better price.
