Looks nice but the gameplay experience is poor

My kids are huge ninjago fans so I thought it would be fun to get them this set. My husband I built it for them, which was fun, but unfortunately the set performs poorly when it comes to playing with it. It keeps falling apart absouletly destroying the experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
