Where's the pouch holder for my flat iron?!!!

I was very pleased to receive my flat iron today. However, I was disappointed because the first one I received came in a pouch with a detachable piece to set the flat iron on when hot. What happened to the pouch that it came in?

My new flat iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very light weight different then my older model. It heats up pretty fast still trying to find my temp but it worked amazing on my hair which I expected per my old fhi flat iron still has a great finish!!!
