One of the best flat irons I’ve even owned. It’s sleek and my hair looks amazing and last longer when I use it. I have curly/type 4 hair and it even fights against humidity in the summer. Highly recommend.

Had high hopes..

I bought this for my thin fine hair. My last Ion flat iron was too hot for my hair at 325° at its lowest setting but I never had frizzy hair. I was happy to find a lower heat flat iron but at 230° all I end up with is a straight frizzy mess with the Fhi. It doesn't flatten the hair cuticle like my last flat iron so after straightening my hair it looks so unhealthy. I wouldn't suggest this flat iron if you have damaged or frizzy prone hair.

Great Product!

Great product! This flat iron is amazing! Straightens and curls! Has an adjustable temperature and it gets super hot as well, up to 450 deg. The plates are protected, so it minimizes hair damage. In my experience, you do have to be careful when using it because where you would naturally want to hold the iron, as you squeeze to close it with your hand and release (open your hand), it can pinch your hand, where the clasp is towards the bottom of the iron where it opens and closes. However if you move your hand up higher towards the blades to avoid your hand being pinched, it gets too hot from the plates, so you can’t do that either. You need to be mindful and adjust your grip a little. But overall I bought another one for my daughter, for her birthday, as well! As a bonus, they included a free special gift too! It does a fantastic job with straightening and curling! Great product!
