Shipped fast.. works great. Can get close to scalp, heats up quick. Glides nicely. Not too heavy to hold even thoe it's large flat iron

I am obsessed with the platform flat irons. Wanted to try this larger one (1 3/4) and glad I did. Like all platforms this leaves my 4c hair silky smooth. The best!

My hair is the straightest

My hair is the straightest it has ever been after using this flatiron. Usually it feels this soft and straight when I leave the salon, but every since I’ve purchased this flatiron… I’ve bought the salon to me :)!

Well would help if it turned on. Sent as Xmas gift. How embarrassing when your daughter tells you she can't turn it on. For all that $$$ and defective? Poor decision on my end to try something new.

I thought for sure that if the blow dryers were awesome the flat irons would definitely be just as good , boy was I wrong these flat irons are awful and I’d like a refund.
