I love the FHI Platform Signature Pro Styler! It gets my natural 4a kinky hair so soft and straight and it adds shine! I use them to straighten and curl my hair. I highly recommend this. I will definitely purchase more products from this company!

Perfection in a straightener

I’ve had this straightener for well over 5 years now. FIVE!!! and its still perfection - i love this iron and of anything happened to it i would 100% come and buy the exact same one again haha! I have really long hair and I can typically zip through styling my hair in less than 30 minutes if i’m in a rush

Disappointing Product

This is my second flat iron. I don't know if the product is defective or if this is your new branding. The product came in a box without instructions for use or styling suggestions. To get the flat iron to curl my hair satisfactorily, I have to use the center; otherwise, it will not work. The tip of the flat iron appears to be loose. The tension is not the same from beginning to end of the flat iron. Additionally, my last FHI flat iron came with a heat-resistant case that I could use to transport the flat iron. This one did not come with a carrying case. Finally, I have to use a 350-degree setting. This is the reason that I ordered a new FHI so that I could less heat. Right now, I prefer my old FHI to the new one.
