I’ve been using the FHI blow dryer, and it’s hands down one of the best investments I’ve made for my hair care routine. Major issues after 7months

So bought this April 2024 per recommendation from my Hair Stylist. I bought it from this website while they were having a sale. I needed a light dryer because I have MS so need to hold light things. I do light blow drying mainly my bangs 2-3x a week and a blow out maybe once a month. I have mid long hair. Well it was working well until tonight. Plugged it in and turned it on and only cold air blows out. One blue bar was lit and no red bars. Pushed the red bars and nothing would light up and pushed he blue bars and the one blue bar only lit up. Turned off and unplugged it and replugged it in and did the same steps and still didn’t work. I emailed customer service so hopefully a response since it’s only 7months old. Very disappointed

This thing is POWERFUL!

I've been using this hairdryer for over a year now (got August 2023) and I'm still as obsessed as the day I got it. I'm floored by how fast it dries my hair, which saves me so much time in the morning. The air comes out so fast, it really is super powerful. It's hard to comprehend what 110,000 RPMs really means, but once you use it you'll understand!
I also love that that there's a lock button (see pictures), because I'm pretty aggressive when blow drying my hair and sometimes will hit a button that changes the speed or temp and not even realize it. But when the power button is in the locked position, I don't have to worry about my hand placement!
My boyfriend's mom visited us and used it for the weekend. My bf's sister just reached out and asked what hairdryer I have because their mom came home asking for it for Christmas lol. Safe to say it leaves a lasting impression!!

Fabulous dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not a professional and have short hair and 2 bad shoulders. I first saw it at my stylist salon and asked to try it. The weight and power of this little compact dryer is perfect to dry and style my hair in under 2 minutes. I never bought such an expensive dryer in my lifetime but it was so worth it. Thank you FHI. I’ve already passed on the name to my hairdresser granddaughter who will look for you at shows. ,

Stops Blowing Hot

I purchased my first Innovator blow dryer in Nov 2022, since then I have had 5 replacements. This company is great with honoring their warranty however after the 6 blow dryers in 2. 5 years I have decided to not waste anymore time hoping that they've solved the problem. Each dryer has stopped blowing hot air. I cleaned the last 2 dryers daily and neither one lasted longer than 6 months. I love the size and weight but the dryer itself is not good. Please don't waste your money.
