Great until it dies after 9 months

Where do I start, I bought this dryer in January 2023. I loved everything about it, the weightlessness, the speed and temperature. It was amazing. Almost immediately after purchasing my nozzle started to fly off, it flew off with such force that it would hit my clients. Flash forward to now, 9 months into owning this dryer and it suddenly stopped blowing hot air. So exactly 9 months of use out of this very expensive dryer and now it’s done. It’s so very disappointing. I honestly don’t think I am alone with this issue. Maybe the company only posts good reviews.

Stunning. Stunning packaging, the blow dryer itself is stunning and super light weight and it makes my blowout so sleek and voluminous. If you’re on the fence, pull the trigger. It’s definitely worth it.
