Three things about this amazing set:
First: LEGO, you’ve got to stop making these amazing sets. My bank account can’t take it, haha!
Second: this set is amazingly sturdy, although I don’t recommend you find out the way I did. I was literally on the last step and my cat bumped the set off the ottoman into a carpeted floor. Lost a leg and part of the skull but was able to fix in less than an hour.
Third: At first glance you might think this is really repetitive to build, but that’s not the case. The build is divided into multiple sections so you don’t ever feel like you’re falling into a rut when building.
This is truly an amazing set and is an absolute eye-catching wonder/conversation piece. Highly recommended!

Starting with the pros:
-looks great when finished
-build process is enjoyable and relatively relaxing
-I’m glad they made sure to give you an option to display it without the plate and minifigs.

Now the cons:
-the joint that connects the head to the body doesn’t move smoothly at all… practically feels like I’m going to break it when I try and adjust the head
-the tail is quite long and I wish it was able to be moved a little bit more than you’re able to.

When this set was announced I knew I needed it. I had a vision of what this would look like in my head. Lego lived up to my expectations. I have the early ideas Fossils set and they're great but the scale on this one is perfect. For displaying it I got a little silly and embellished a bit. This ranks as one of my favorite builds, I call it Fossil in Floral.

At first I thought I wouldn’t like it. As I was shopping on the store they had one on display and I saw the intricate design and layout of the bones and skeleton and I just had to have it. Overall great building experience. I use the Lego app for the majority of my builds as it lets you rotate the parts so you can visualize the build better.

This Lego T-Rex is an incredible build, standing out as one of the best Lego creations. The only minor downside is its size, which might make finding the perfect display spot a challenge, but that's a small issue compared to how amazing it is overall.
The T-Rex’s structure is impressive, with great attention to detail. The ribs are a standout feature, showing the power and size of the creature. The spine design is spot-on, and the tail is fully articulated, allowing for different poses. The joints make it easy to adjust the position, whether in an attack stance or a more neutral pose.
The legs are another highlight. They’re sturdy and designed to hold the T-Rex up while adding a dynamic pose that gives the model personality. Everything about this set balances looks and stability perfectly.
The head is the real showstopper. Lego created a new piece to support the T-Rex's head, which gives it great stability while allowing the jaw to move. This adds extra play and display value since you can pose it in various ways.
The mini-figures and display tile are well-designed too. The mini-figures are detailed, and the display tile is a nice touch, with a printed design instead of a sticker. It’s a small but appreciated detail, especially for the price of the set.
Another fun part of this build are the Easter eggs hidden throughout. These thoughtful little touches make the building experience even more enjoyable and are sure to delight any fan, whether you're into Jurassic Park or just love Legos.

This has to be one of my favorite builds yet! I finished it in 6 hours, 29 minutes, and 37 seconds, so it was a good time building! There are a bunch of Easter eggs that you should pay attention to while building, very cleverly done, especially the frog! I would seriously be interested in other complete scale models to go alongside this one in my office.
