Lego scene is accurate portrayal from movie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are huge Harry Potter fans so this Lego set was perfect for my 8 year old daughter to try on her own. This is the first set she tried completely by herself without help from myself or my husband. The instructions were easy enough that she was able to do it alone. She made a few errors but nothing major and she’s proud of herself which is all that matters. It’s not completely finished yet but it’s so cute so far. The little mandrake Lego pieces are beyond adorable! Another new creation that I’ve never seen before were the little mushrooms on the side. Great idea on Legos end and overall, they executed this scene perfectly.

I’m very happy with this HP build. I would like to know, though, why the arch pieces are faced the way they are in the instructions. They seem awkward to me. I turned them so the smooth pieces all face out, and I like they better this way. Just curious.

The scenes in the Herbology classroom/greenhouse were always entertaining in the books and the movies. This lovely little greenhouse has so many details, like the "glass" in the windows, that made me smile. I especially loved the little fountain with the flower and the frog. The clear blue blocks depicting the water are so pretty. I have it sitting on a shelf next to the potions and charms classrooms. They're all much nicer than the "book" formats used in a previous LEGO Harry Potter series.

My favorite Lego set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seen all of the Harry Potter films and am a huge fan! Since it is one of my favorite parts of the book and movie and has always captivated me, the Hogwarts Castle: Herbology Class is perfect for me. I love how meticulous everything is and how realistic it seems to the film. The entire build took me about an hour, and the directions were very clear and simple to follow. I can not wait to buy other parts to this series, like the Hogwarts Express. I would highly recommended the Herbology Class LEGO set, it was so much fun and worth the money!

A unique, enjoyable build

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s nothing that calms my soul like a LEGO set. This Harry Potter Herbology set was right up my alley. Building this set combined the right amount of repetitive tasks with interesting and unique smaller pieces. The set really captures the most memorable plants and creatures from the movie, bringing it to life in a really stunning and creative way. As always, the bricks are high quality, and the instructions were very easy to follow. I had an amazing time putting this set together, and I can’t wait for my next one!

My dad and brother in law worked on this with me and they all thoroughly enjoyed building not only just a Lego set but a Harry Potter themed Lego set. It was nice to see something that people of all ages could still get into and it wasn’t super hard to build but kept us all occupied for a bit of time. Nice getting to do some of my favorite childhood past times as an adult!
